Phantom Finishes Limited Lifetime Warranty for Epoxy Flooring
Commercial or Industrial Buildings:
Phantom Finishes offers a limited warranty for up to 5000 square feet of floor coating materials installed in industrial, commercial, or business use buildings for three (3) years after the completion of our work. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and covers:
- Stains from oil, transmission fluid, radiator fluid, diesel, or gasoline spills (when removed within 20 minutes).
- Peeling or delamination from the concrete.
Residential Garages:
Phantom Finishes provides a limited lifetime warranty for up to 5000 square feet of floor coating materials installed in residential garages. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and covers:
- Hot tire markings or stains from oil, transmission fluid, radiator fluid, diesel, or gasoline spills (when removed within 20 minutes). These are covered for ten (10) years following the installation date.
- Peeling or delamination from the concrete while the original product purchaser owns the home where the floor coating was installed.
Exclusions:
This Limited Warranty excludes and absolves Phantom Finishes from responsibility for:
- Normal wear and tear, extreme temperatures, misuse, neglect, or abuse.
- Damage caused by faulty maintenance or unauthorised repairs.
- Stains or peeling caused by cracked or defective substrate, moisture vapour transmission, or hydrostatic pressure levels above eight (8) lbs.
- Industrial fluid spills, battery acid, or brake fluid.
- Damages caused by accidents, casualties, or natural disasters.
DISCLAIMER: THIS EXPRESS LIMITED WARRANTY REPRESENTS THE SOLE WARRANTY OFFERED BY PHANTOM FINISHES FOR THE SERVICES, PRODUCTS, AND MATERIALS PROVIDED UNDER THIS CONTRACT. PHANTOM FINISHES DOES NOT PROVIDE ANY OTHER WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, AND EXPLICITLY DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
Phantom Finishes’ liability to the buyer regarding claims of loss or damage arising from the contract of sale, its performance or breach, or related to the design, manufacture, sale, delivery, installation, service, repair, or use of the provided floor coatings, shall not exceed the amount the buyer paid for the repair or replacement of the defective parts or components. Under no circumstances shall Phantom Finishes be held liable for any special or consequential damages, including injuries to individuals, property damage, loss of anticipated or actual profits, or the loss of use of any property.
